2. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointment requests submitted via our website form are preliminary and are confirmed by our reception desk. If you need to reschedule or cancel a visit, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours prior notice so we may offer the chair time to other waiting patients.
